There is an opportunity to agree a personal development plan (PDP) that will focus and monitor your development.
You will be expected to accompany consultants and engineers to a wide variety of sites in order to assist in projects and thus provide opportunities to enhance your development.
Initially you will be exposed to all aspects of the business to provide a foundation from which you can develop and fulfill your own goals.
