Not only identifying cost saving projects on site but, managing client expectations to allow successful implementation of those projects identified. A combination of technical and presentational attributes is essential together with well developed inter-personal skills. If challenging situations provide an adrenaline rush then this opportunity may be for you.
Potential projects can range from improving line speeds, re-burnering furnaces, minimising water consumption, improving oven/dryer control, reducing maintenance costs to installing energy management control systems.
Your role would be to identify the initial project, produce initial savings and cost estimates, devise an outline project enabling the client to move to capex approval and/or implementation.
Being able to work within a small professional team is essential.
